Terms of Service

Effective: August 18, 2026

Zippy Vault is a brand of, and is operated by, Fortify 24x7 ("Fortify 24x7", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using Zippy Vault services you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Zippy Vault provides managed data-backup services (workstation, server, virtual machine, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, and Entra ID protection) built on enterprise backup infrastructure, provisioned and supported by Fortify 24x7.

2. Billing

Services are billed monthly, in advance, per unit (device, user, or company as shown at purchase), through our payment processor, Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as FORTIFY 24X7. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; service continues to the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

4. Your data

Backed-up data is encrypted in transit and at rest (256-bit AES). You retain all rights to your data. We access it only as needed to operate the service, at your direction, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for completing agent installation or connector authorization as instructed, keeping payment information current, and verifying that the scope of protection you purchased matches what you intend to protect.

6. Service levels and liability

We operate the service with commercially reasonable skill and care. Backup and restore operations depend on factors partly outside our control (connectivity, source-system availability, vendor APIs). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
